In order to reduce our ecological impact by improving our environmental performance and with the aim to provide quality services to our guests, we have set ourselves some targets:
1/ Reduce our energy consumption and choose renewable energies
2/ Optimise water consumption
3/ Limit waste production and recycle as much as possible
4/ Promote the use of renewable energies and products less dangerous for the environment
5/ Promote communication and education in environmental matters

* Use of 100% eco-friendly cleaning products
* Use of recycled and rechargeable products
* Staff training to eco-friendly habits and good practice
* Promotion of local products
